About Me

My love for secondhand began at a young age. I’ve always believed in using what we already have—giving new life to pieces that still have beauty, function, and soul. From clothing to home décor, secondhand has always felt like the most meaningful way to express style: thoughtful, intentional, and kinder to the world around us.

Growing up, Sundays were spent thrifting with my sister and dad. We searched for treasures, learned the value of quality, and discovered that you don’t need a lot of money to have great style. My dad taught us to choose things that made us feel confident and comfortable, not things that tried to make us fit in.

I also spent part of my childhood in England with my mum, where weekends meant wandering antique shops. Those experiences made me fall in love with craftsmanship—pieces built with care, built to last, and built with materials that stand the test of time. I now focus on sourcing natural fibres and well-made items, because things made better last longer and carry their stories with them.

As an artist, I’ve always believed in supporting local creativity. Art transforms a space, and using local art or pieces with history brings depth, emotion, and intention into our homes.

I’m deeply sensitive to environments—the lighting, colours, textures, and energy of a room. Sometimes the most powerful transformation comes not from buying something new, but from rearranging what you already own. Moving a piece of furniture, shifting a lamp, changing how objects relate to each other—these small adjustments can make a space feel more fluid, more comforting, and more you.

I’ve always admired people with their own unique style. Fashion is something the world tells you to follow; style is something you create for yourself. I’ve never been drawn to “normal,” because normal excludes so much beauty. Our differences shape us—they deserve to be celebrated. Being yourself is an act of resistance, and it’s where true style begins.
